Detailed Guarantee Conditions
Our guarantee is valid from date of purchase from an official Flova UK dealer.
The guarantee is only valid providing:
- A copy of the proof of purchase is supplied from an official Flova UK dealer and the date is within the guarantee period.
- The extended guarantee is only available if you have registered your guarantee with Flova within 90 days of purchase.
- The product has been installed in accordance with Flova instructions, under valid water regulations and utilising best plumbing practice.
- The product has been used and regularly maintained in accordance with our aftercare and maintenance instructions.
- The defect is not due to use of an unsuitable or inadequate water supply.
- The fault is not due to commercial environment, deliberate damage, incorrect installation, neglect, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, accidental damage, and other events outside of Flova UK Ltd control.
The guarantee does not extend to any consequential loss or damage and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.
After repair or replacement, the relevant guarantee period will be calculated from the original date of purchase.

Failure to comply with these conditions will invalidate the guarantee.
Flova UK Ltd reserves the right to amend product specification and pricing without prior notice.
Exclusion of the guarantee:
- If the product is incorrect or defective prior to installation. No claims can be considered for any consequential losses after the goods have been fitted.
- Flova cannot be held responsible for any labour charges relating to the replacement of spare parts.
- Flova cannot be held liable for any damage relating to an issue caused by a serviceable item.
- If a product was modified or altered in any way without prior written and signed consent from a director of Flova UK Ltd. This includes if spare parts other than original Flova spare parts are used during repairs or maintenance of the product.
- If the product is not wholly accessible.
- If the defect was caused by transport, incorrect operating or handling of the product.
- If the product is second hand, display or ex display item.
- Loss of earnings.
- Retrospective claims that have not been agreed in writing by Flova UK Ltd, prior to work commencing will not be considered.
This guarantee is only available in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and does not affect your statuary rights.
Delivery
In order to give the best service to our valued customers, Flova UK Ltd offer a next day delivery service to all Flova UK official dealers via Parcel Force Courier. Orders placed before 16:45 will be delivered the following working day with no minimum order value.
Flova UK Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver products. All goods must be checked within 48 hours of the signature being obtained by our courier. Please check all goods are as ordered and are in satisfactory condition.
No claims can be considered for any consequential losses after the goods have been fitted. Please notify all shortages/breakages within 48 hours of delivery by way of contacting the Customer Service Department.
Your signature with our courier also states you have received, read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.
Returns Procedure
At Flova UK we always endeavour to offer the very best service, even when you are returning products to us.
All return requests must be received by an official Flova UK dealer.
Return requests must be made in writing to customerservice@flova.co.uk and include the Flova UK Returns Request form click here to download.
Requests for surplus items must be received within 28 days, be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. These goods will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge with a minimum value of £12.95 + VAT. Should the condition of the product upon return not be satisfactory, we have the right to refuse credit and return the item to you.
Service & Support
In the event of a product fault or complaint occurring, the following procedure should be followed:
Contact the Customer Service department by telephone 01323 846230 or via email customerservice@flova.co.uk with the a detailed description of the fault or complaint and provide the following information;
- Proof of Purchase between the end consumer and an official Flova UK dealer.
- Installation date
- Product code
The Customer Service department may ask for additional information depending on the nature of the issue which will aid them to offer a resolution.
If required, the Customer Service department will arrange for a qualified, FlovaPRO Engineer to call.
FlovaPRO Engineer call out policy
In the event that a call out is required to a suspected manufacturing defect, our Customer Service department must be notified in the first instance.
- The following conditions must be satisfied:
- The end consumer copy of the proof of purchase at time of claim, this must be a proof of purchase between the end consumer and an official Flova UK dealer.
- The detailed Guarantee Conditions have been adhered to.
- The product has been installed, maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions.
- We must have the opportunity to inspect the product in its current condition.
Where a FlovaPRO call out under the guarantee conditions has been booked, a charge of £150.00, plus VAT will be charged before any works are carried out. The FlovaPRO will investigate the issue and if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, this charge will be refunded and the issue resolved.
If the failure is not a manufacturing fault, (i.e. scaling, misuse, incorrect water pressure, pressure or installation fault) the charge will remain. FlovaPRO’s will not be responsible for any remedial work but will offer the opportunity to have the product fault repaired by Flova at a charge of £50.00, plus VAT per hour. Our FlovaPRO will determine the hour(s) work and a proforma invoice will be raised.
The FlovaPRO Engineer must be accompanied by you or an appointed representative (+18 years old) for the duration of the visit.
A date and time will be agreed between you and the Customer Service department, and adequate parking is required. A charge may apply if nobody is at home when the service engineer calls or adequate parking/permit is not available.
Claims Policy
Should a claim need to be raised due to a suspected manufacturing fault; our Customer Service Department must be notified in the first instance. The following conditions must be satisfied as part of our investigation:
- The end consumer copy of the proof of purchase at time of claim, this must be a proof of purchase between the consumer and an official Flova UK dealer.
- The product has been maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning).
- Detailed images of the installation and product in question, showing the relevant suspected fault.
- For associated costs to be considered, a minimum of 2 detailed quotes for the claim amount are required. This must detail a breakdown of labour and materials. We reserve the right to negotiate the claim with you where we deem fit.
- The opportunity to inspect the product in the installed condition.
We must be given the opportunity to provide an opinion and send an engineer to site (if required) prior to works commencing. We reserve the right to refuse to cover any claim where the works have already begun or have been completed. We will base the claim costs at £40.00, plus VAT per hour of work, plus any material costs. The contract of sale lies between Flova UK Ltd and its customer (the company that purchased the product from us). Any replacement products or parts are sent chargeable in the first instance. Any monies that are agreed and confirmed will be passed in the form of a credit note for the replacement items and agreed associated costs to that company. When the claim details are agreed in writing, the product will need to be returned to us for a full manufacturing inspection. The result of this inspection will determine whether or not the claim will be paid. The report will be made available for all parties at this time. Claims for refitting costs, damages and associated costs are only covered if it is confirmed that a manufacturing defect has caused the fault. Such claims are not covered if the fault is due to a service issue, installation error, failure to adhere to our terms and conditions, or any other factor that is outside Flova UK Ltd control.
