All Flova UK taps, showers & accessories, unless otherwise stated, are supplied complete with a 3-year guarantee as standard against manufacturing defects, and on all working and serviceable parts. See Guarantee Conditions.

Comprehensive cover

The standard guarantee may be extended to a 15-year guarantee, by registering your product with Flova UK.

Once registered, all Flova UK taps and showers, have a 15-Year guarantee on manufacturing defects and replacement parts (3 years parts & labour, plus 12-years parts only). See Guarantee Conditions.

Our guarantee is valid from date of purchase from an official Flova UK dealer.

The guarantee is only valid providing:

  • A copy of the proof of purchase is supplied from an official Flova UK dealer and the date is within the guarantee period.
  • The extended guarantee is only available if you have registered your guarantee with Flova within 90 days of purchase.
  • The product has been installed in accordance with Flova instructions, under valid water regulations and utilising best plumbing practice.
  • The product has been used and regularly maintained in accordance with our aftercare and maintenance instructions.
  • The defect is not due to use of an unsuitable or inadequate water supply.
  • The fault is not due to commercial environment, deliberate damage, incorrect installation, neglect, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, accidental damage, and other events outside of Flova UK Ltd control.

The guarantee does not extend to any consequential loss or damage and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.

After repair or replacement, the relevant guarantee period will be calculated from the original date of purchase.

Regular cleaning, and/or descaling following our aftercare guide will ensure the working parts are thoroughly cleaned.

Failure to comply with these conditions will invalidate the guarantee.

Flova UK Ltd reserves the right to amend product specification and pricing without prior notice.

Parts & Labour Conditions

Spare Parts

Flova UK spare parts are covered by a parts only guarantee. Engineer call outs or labour charges cannot be claimed.

Flova reserves the right to charge in advance for a product or replacement part pending collection and investigation to confirm the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a refund will be issued.

Labour

Labour via our FlovaPRO or sub-contracted engineer call out policy is available for 3 years under the extended guarantee. Flova UK will repair or replace the product or part providing it is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. Flova reserves the right to charge for the call out in which the charge will be refunded or cancelled if a manufacturing fault is confirmed. For further details, please see our terms and conditions.

This guarantee is only available in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and does not affect your statuary rights.

All claims under the guarantee should be notified in the first instance to our Customer Service Team. This must be done no later than the last day of the relevant guarantee period. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase from an official Flova UK dealer.
